National Tourism Resort Project Introduction
The National Tourism Resort Project is the largest foreign investment project in Grenada, aiming to enhance the country’s tourism image and drive the development of tourism real estate. In August 2019, the National Tourism Resort project was officially approved by the government as a citizenship-by-investment project, allowing eligible applicants to obtain Grenada citizenship by equity investment. Under the Citizenship by Investment Act, applicants and their families can obtain Grenada citizenship within 4-6 months.
The National Tourist Resort Project is a world-class resort development located in the Levina region in the northeast of Grenada and covers an area of 2,500 acres. The National Tourist Resort combines hotels, casinos, golf courses, water parks and marinas.

Citizenship by Investment Act
In August 2013, Grenada passed Act No. 15, which allows investors to obtain citizenship through government donations and investment government-approved fixed asset programs.
In May 2019, the Government of Grenada amended Act No. 15 of 2013 to include provisions allowing investors to obtain citizenship by investing in fixed asset equity.
In July 2024, the Government of Grenada amended the minimum investment amount under the original Citizenship by Investment Act. Investors can acquire Grenada citizenship in four ways:
1 – Government donations
2) Equity investments.
3) Property investment.
4, major investment.
As a member of the Commonwealth, the head of state of Grenada is the Queen of the United Kingdom, and the bill must be formally signed and issued by the Queen, with noble legal effect. Grenada citizenship acquired by naturalization by investment is protected by the Act, is full citizenship and enjoys the same rights as a native citizen of Grenada.
